Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer returns except in specific cases of damaged products.

Return Eligibility

A return will only be accepted if:

  • The product is received broken or damaged
  • A clear unboxing video from packaging to product is provided as proof
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the package

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products without an unboxing video as proof of damage
  • Products reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that are not damaged but requested for return

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order details and unboxing video proof.
  2. Once approved, package the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us as instructed by our team.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received the wrong size
  • There is any other valid issue with the product
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the package

Refund Process

Refunds are not applicable except in cases where the product is returned due to damage with valid proof. In such cases, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after verification.

Return & Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (wrong product/damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video. We will prioritize your return or exchange request.
